Popcorn & Pumpkin Pie Recipes

Ilara shared some allergy-friendly popcorn recipes at our last meeting:

Kettle Corn
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 to 1/2 cup corn oil (depends on size of pan, kernels should be submerged)

Mix well then cover w/ lid. Once corn starts popping (may take a few minutes depending on stove-*care w/ gas stoves as they may get too hot too quickly), move pan around to keep bottom from burning. When popping is very fast, lift pan slightly off burner until popping stops.
Eat & Enjoy!

Seasoned Popcorn
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tbl garlic salt
1 Tbl onion powder
1 Tbl dried dill
(adjust seasoning to desired taste)

Make popcorn (using corn oil is best). Mix above ingredients in an old spice container and shake on popcorn. * If you want it to stick better and want to add fat, melt some coconut oil and spray onto popcorn first, then add seasoning.
