Would you like to facilitate a food allergy cooking class?

Playmakers Family Enrichment Center in Rowley, MA is looking for a a parent to facilitate a food allergy cooking class. Info below:

Play Makers Family Enrichment Center opens in a few weeks in Rowley, MA, offering a variety of art, cooking and developmental play programs for children.  We're offering a special cooking class designed to meet the needs of children with food allergies, to give them an opportunity to be involved in the cooking process of foods that are safe for them, as well as connect with other children who face similar dietary challenges.  I would ideally like to find a parent of a child with food allergies to facilitate this class, as they can most closely relate to families attending the class and will be a great resource for myself and the families.  The class runs Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00pm, so we are seeking an instructor for Wednesdays from 2:30-5:30.  I'm hoping you might be able to forward this to families in your group in hopes that one of your parents might be intrested.  Information regarding our center can be found at www.playmakersfamily.com and I can be contact directly at this address.
